Hit the Trail

A lady I was speaking to once asked us, "why strap on 40 or 50 pounds and hike mile after mile into the Colorado wilderness?  Have you lost your minds?"  These images may give you some idea.  Magnificent scenery, solitude (we literally had the place to ourselves), good fishing, companionship, and peace and quiet like nowhere else.  Mary and I spent the last 4 days in the Eagle's Nest Wilderness area and the blog photos for the next few days will show how and where we spent our time.
